By using the delivering flowers website to browse or shop, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Delivering Flowers obtains the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any given time and will be effective immediately.
The currency on Delivering Flowers website is in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.
DELIVERY FEE: Will be quoted on the final page before purchase. Delivery fees may fluctuate depending on the day such as Same Day Delivery or Future Delivery and if there is an occasion such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
DELIVERY TIMES: We do not guarantee delivery times unless delivering to a funeral. We deliver to schools up to 3pm, businesses up to 5pm and residential, hospitals and nursing homes up to 6pm. Monday – Saturday. We do not operate on Sundays and public holidays unless otherwise stated.
PROOF OF DELIVERY: We provide proof of delivery for every order. We know that our customers love to keep up to date and know thee recipient has received their gift. We hope to advise you instantaneously of the delivery however due to how busy the couriers can be this can take a few hours before we are able to confirm your delivery. You can rest assured that your flowers will be delivered.
DELIVERY ADDRESS: Please make sure you have the correct address to the recipient you are delivering to. This includes the correct number and the correct spelling of the street as well as the correct suburb. Delivering Flowers can not be held liable if you have provided an incorrect address. If the address is also deemed as unsafe at the risk of being stolen or if we are unable to deliver such as if there is a locked gate, the flowers will be returned and we will require a new address to deliver to. A re-delivery fee will also apply. If Delivering Flowers is at fault in any way for this non delivery you will not be required to pay an additional fee.
DELIVERY TO BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS, NURSING HOMES AND HOSPITALS: We do not accept any responsibility if the flowers are redirected to a front desk, reception or mailroom.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE: We guarantee that your flowers will be delivered on your specified day. Orders must be placed before 2pm for same day delivery and before 4pm on Friday for a Saturday order. If there is any reason we can not deliver such as natural causes eg. fires or floods and we are not able to deliver, we will refund you in full.
CHANGES: If you wish to make a change to your order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to make changes to arrangements that have already left and been sent out with a courier.
FLOWER REPLACEMENT: In the event that we do not have the colour or flower that you have chosen, we may substitute with a similar colour or flower to the equivalent value to meet the requested delivery times.
We aim to make the bouquet look as much like the picture on the website as possible. However flowers in different shapes and sizes and not one is the same therefore it can look a little different sometimes. We do however use the same amount of stems for the arrangement in the picture to make sure the value is always the same.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Teddies, Chocolates, Vases, Balloons and Cards may look different that the image on the website. This is due to the availability in the area of delivery. Rest assured the value of these items remain the same.
COMPLAINTS: Must be made within 3 days of delivery. Outside of this timeframe we may not be able to answer your complaint. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to speak to a customer service representative.
FLOWER LIFESPAN: We only send real, live flowers to your recipient. This means eventually the flowers will perish. As a general rule, flowers should last between 3-7 days. You can prolong the life by keeping the flowers out of the heat, out of excessive light, changing the water regularly, and trimming the stems if possible.
FLOWER REPLACEMENT: In the event that we do not have the colour or flower that you have chosen, we may replace with a similar colour or flower to the equivalent value to meet the requested delivery times.
CANCELLATIONS: Are subject to the development of the order.
If the order has already left with a courier, the order can not be cancelled.
If an order has been placed, you may cancel your order anytime free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. If delivery is scheduled to take place within 24 hours of you cancelling, a $20.00 cancellation fee will apply.
RE-DELIVERY: A $15.00 Re-delivery fee will apply to the customer if we need to re-deliver the flowers due to a failed delivery attempt (eg. Locked Gate, Wrong Address supplied by customer).
RETURNS: In the case that flowers need to be returned due to them perishing before 3 days and the care instructions have been followed. We are able to provide with either a refund or a resend of new flowers. We reserve the right to request photos of the original flowers to confirm the quality of the flowers.
REFUNDS: If we are unable to fulfil your order due to lack or resources or natural disasters we will refund you in full. In the event of a refund being issued, please allow 5 business days.
FLOWER LIFESPAN: We only send real, live flowers to your recipient. This means eventually the flowers will perish. As a rule of thumb, flowers should last between 3-7 days. You can prolong the life by keeping the flowers out of the heat, excessive light, changing the water regularly, and trimming the stems if possible.
CLOSED FLOWERS: Some flowers may arrived closed in bud form. This means they are the freshly picked, they can take a few days to open but will have a longer lifespan. Lilies are one of our most common that are delivered in bud form.
SECURITY: We use encrypted SSL security to ensure that your credit card information is 100% protected. Please refer to our privacy and security policy for further information.
DISCOUNTS: Discounts and vouchers can not be combined with any other offer. Vouchers minimum order value must be above $50.00 and must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase date.
ANONYMITY: Please be sure to include who the flowers are from on your card. The information we collect from you is only known to Delivering Flowers, so that we know who has placed the order if we need to speak with you. We do not disclose your information to anyone, and we will ask you to confirm your details if you call us before we can discuss the order with you. We also do not disclose your details to the receiver, Therefore if you do not include your name on the card, the receiver will not know who sent the flowers. This is sometimes the case as some customers like to keep the receiver guessing, they may be a secret admirer or it might be an act of kindness. But if you want them to know it's from you, be sure to add your name to the card.
GOVERNING LAW: The use of this website and these conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
